All of our products are 100% handmade and made to order for customers. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Our products are not approved by the FDA and are not guaranteed to work for every skin type. All of our products were hand-crafted by our owner who is a licensed esthetician; However, we do not give out any medical advice and all medical concerns should be consulted with by a doctor.

If your order is somehow lost in the mail, please contact the postal service to file a claim. All orders are properly insured when packages are sent off. Also please send all details to our customer service email so we can properly document everything on our end.

If you receive an incorrect order, please email us a documented photo of what you received and we will replace your order within 2-3 business days.
